DRC is a collaborative network of professionals with unparalleled experience in working with doctors. Members of DRC can leverage each other to provide trusted advice to their clients in areas beyond their own expertise. By bringing in professionals to consult on the unique needs of doctors in all aspects of their business and personal lives, we serve as a resource to which doctors can turn to in order to find the help they need. The collaborative experience of the members of DRC is unmatched and we hope to fill all the gaps that frequently lead to deficient business and personal planning for doctors.
Travis Flandermeyer, MBA, is the son of a private practice dermatologist and the family business was medicine. He is an Investment Adviser Representative with Cetera Advisor Networks and licensed life and disability insurance agent.
Travis has a unique background that serves him well in working with physicians nationwide due to his uncommon experience and training. Being raised in a medical family, it was only natural for him to gain an insider’s knowledge of the business side of medicine while working in the family practice. Today, it’s his mission to serve as the go-to business and finance resource for all his doctor clients.
Travis earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance and Banking at the University of Missouri and his MBA at the Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis. Together with his real-world experience, Travis’s education has helped him apply a sophisticated, analytical and educational approach to helping his clients manage their assets and – more importantly – appreciate the fundamentals of asset management. Travis makes it his aim to understand the individual needs and goals of each and every client, working on a personal level to help them meet their current and future financial objectives, while keeping their concerns in balance.
One of the most enjoyable aspects of Travis’s practice is educating. He frequently serves as a guest speaker at teaching hospitals such as the University of New Mexico, the University of Missouri and Washington University in St. Louis. These sessions allow Travis to educate young physicians on the essentials of business and its application to medicine.
In his free time, Travis enjoys playing with his young sons, Kai and Cru. When not doing that, he also enjoys the mountains of the southwest, particularly skiing in the winter and fishing in the summer. He and his wife, Holly, also enjoy golfing, traveling, entertaining, and UNM and Mizzou athletics.
Craig is well-known for rapid remediation of business problems and has an extensive background in a variety of industries. He is not just the financial manager of TAN, he is also responsible for oversight of Arizona operations and is TAN’s business/project manager. Craig also heads up the first Special Interest Group (SIG) supported by TAN. He is well-known for his clear, brief and definitely memorable “elevator quip”.
